Here is a list of our frequently asked questions that will hopefully help with your query:

1) What size do I need? We have a size guide page on the website with all measurements for each item we sell. Please measure yourself and compare your measurements to our size guide measurements as all sizes will differ. Unfortunately we are unable to suggest sizes to individuals as it all depends on how you would like something to fit. If you are between sizes we always advise sizing up. 2) When will my order arrive? We work to a 3 week despatch time on all orders unless it is stated differently on the item you are ordering. Full details of our despatch times can be found HERE

3) Why does it take so long to send an order out? We would really love to be able to offer a next day service but at the moment it just isn’t possible. 90% of the items we sell are made to order and we are a very small team working with an ever increasing customer base (which we are eternally grateful for) We are slowly starting to outsource some items which will hopefully reduce our despatch times going forward.

4) I need to return my order. Can I return it for a refund or an exchange? Yes you absolutely can return your order to us, however, we are unable to offer exchanges at the moment. We will happily refund you so you can then place an order for a replacement item. Our full returns policy can be found HERE
