We really hope you love your new items of clothing, but we also understand that sometimes things just don't fit! So if you do need to return an item to us here is our returns policy:
Please note we do not offer an exchange service. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds minus postage will be issued for anything returned to us within 21 days of the item being posted to you. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns number prior to returning your item. All items must be returned in the original condition with the original swing tag still attached.
Please do not return anything without including the returns number inside the return as we cannot process refunds without a return number.
Please note any items that are requested to be made different to the standard sizes or styles - ie shorter straps, longer body length, different colour design etc cannot be returned as these have been made to your own specifications and are classed as a personalised item.
Any items returned after 21 days, without a returns number and/or without the original swing tag still attached will not be accepted.
Any orders that are cancelled before the order has been fulfilled will be subject to a 5% administration fee, meaning the refund you receive will be 5% less than the total amount you paid. This is to cover the charges that are made to us for processing payments and refunds. As a small business we can not afford to pay charges twice for cancelled orders.
As a small business we are unable to refund any postage costs and we we do not offer a free returns service. We recommend returning items to us using recorded delivery - we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
