Return Policy

We really hope you love your new items of clothing, but we also understand that sometimes things just don't fit, so we are more than happy for you to return any standard items as long as they are in immaculate re-saleable condition, haven’t been worn and still have the tags attached to them. Please note we cannot accept returns for any personalised or bespoke items. If you do need to return an item to us here is our returns policy:

We are happy to offer refunds and where possible an exchange service. If you would like to receive a refund please return your item to us and include the order number. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please return it to us with a note advising of your order number and the size you would like to exchange it for. If the new size is available at the time of us receiving your return we will exchange it free of charge. If it isn’t available we will automatically process a refund. Please note we are unable to offer exchanges on any sale or clearance items.

Refunds (minus postage) or exchanges will be issued for anything returned to us within 28 days of the item being received by you. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

If you partially return a multi buy offer, the items you choose to keep will be charged at full price. For example if you buy 3 items on a 3 for 2 offer and you return 2 of the items, the 1 item you keep will be charged at full price and you will be refunded accordingly.

If your original order amount qualified for a promotional item and the returned items means your order no longer qualifies for this item, it must be returned to us with your other goods. If you would like to keep the promotional item, the cost of it will be deducted from the refund amount you will receive.

Please make sure you include your order number in with the return as we cannot process a return without the original order number. (This can be found on the front of your parcel or on any confirmation emails)

You do not need to email us prior to returning your item.

All items must be returned in the original condition with the original swing tag still attached.

Please do not return anything without including the original order number inside the return as we cannot process refunds without an order number.

Please note any items that are requested to be made different to the standard sizes or styles - ie shorter or longer, different colour design etc cannot be returned as these have been made to your own specifications and are classed as a personalised item.

Any items without an order number and/or without the original swing tag still attached will not be accepted.

Please do not return anything to us after 28 days as we will not be able to process the return and you will loose your item.

As a small business we are unable to refund any postage costs and we are unable to offer a free returns service. We recommend returning items to us using Royal Mail recorded delivery only. We cannot guarantee we will receive your item and we take no responsibly for items going missing. Please be sure to use our correct address exactly as it is listed above when returning items, we cannot be held responsible if items are returned to the wrong address.
